What happens during a reading?Before you sit down for a reading, I set the space by asking that only energies for the highest and best good be present - no need to worry about "dark forces", I'm simply not interested so they leave me, and anyone in the room, alone (no obnoxious party crashers). I then go into a Theta trance state and view your energy - this gives me an idea of where you're seeking guidance.Now it's time for you to sit down, and the reading begins. The information that comes through really depends on how open you are to being "read". I've found that the more open to the process and unafraid of the answers you are, the best results and guidance you'll receive.Of course you'll have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the reading. - and I highly recommend it to get the most out of your session. And in regard to your questions, please stay as direct as possible and remember there are no stupid questions.Tips to asking questions:1. Again, remain focused and direct. "will this job be a good fit for me", is much better than "what is in my future", because, well, hopefully there's all sorts of stuff happening in your future.2. Ask questions that are open to guidance, not fortune telling. I'm never shown what exactly is going to happen in the future because that can change whenever we change our minds about something. What I am shown is the possibilities if you stay on the same course, and various ways of changing things if need be.3. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Again, nothing is silly, stupid or wrong. Everything is confidential, and quite frankly I forget most of it.4. No, I can't give you the winning Lotto numbers. If that were the case I'd be sitting on my own private island, drink with umbrella in hand.There will also be times throughout the reading where it becomes apparent that you have issues or beliefs that need clearing before you can move on or better assimilate the information. I can help you by using a technique called ThetaHealingTM where I connect to the theta brain wave state, creating changes in my brain wave cycle to allow a deeper connection with universal life force (Creator, All That Is, Goddess, God, Universe, whatever name speaks to you). This allows me to help you - with your permission - shift beliefs that may keep you stuck and unable to move forward.A Little About Channeling...Most of the readings I do are in a light trance state so I can still engage in conversation with you and get to the root of an issue. I the information I receive comes through me by connecting to a higher power, which I believe is a more subtle form of Channeling where I keep my usual mannerisms and voice tone. And then there is deep trance Channeling where my voice tone and mannerisms shift slightly. Again, during readings I like to be conscious enough to interact with you, otherwise I'm unable to do the Theta work, which I find extremely profound.Now if I do connect with guides in deep trance, I always ask to "speak" to those that are best suited for you at that particular time, that's just the way I choose to channel. It's the most comfortable and makes the most sense to me. There are numerous individuals who choose to strictly channel one guide and I think that's perfect and fine for them. They have a strong connection and it makes the most sense.
